I came to Nicole at Hart Yoga because I was interested in eating healthier and having more energy. I absolutely love the individualized meal plan that she developed for me and it was so easy to use. I have l lots of choices and it works great with my family. For the first time in my life I was able to lose weight without feeling hungry and I had so much more energy. I lost fat and not muscle and got rid of my sugar cravings once and for all. The best part is that I wasn't on a diet but learned a healthy eating plan that I can use for the rest of my life.

Nicole LaBarbera grew up in California and has always had a passion for fitness. She is a 500 Registered Certified Yoga Instructor through Purple Lotus and is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
