Please respect the following guidelines to help yourself
and others enjoy a harmonious session:


ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class time so that you can set up your mat and be ready for your session.

AVOID LATE ARRIVAL
Try your best not to come into classes already in session several minutes after the start time. This is disruptive to the students that arrived on time and our focusing on their practice.
 
BELONGINGS & CELL PHONES
Leave everything you don't need for class in the cubbies or lockers and turn your cell ringer OFF.

NO CELL CONVERSATIONS
If you need to make a call please step outside to allow others to enjoy the peace and calm.

QUIET CORRIDOR
The studios have sound retention walls and heavy doors but loud voices can still be disruptive to yoga sessions. Please keep voices low in the cubbie hallway. Even if your class just ended, there still might be another session in progress across the hall.

DON'T SKIP SAVASANA
Your final relaxation is a very important part of your practice. Don't plan to leave class early - it's just 5 minutes and your mind and body need it. Once students settle into relaxation, no one should leave the room as it compromises the experience for everyone, including yourself.
