You likely know me from my Buns of Steel® workouts, and have the impression that my life is all smiles and no stress.

I've been truly blessed by the tremendous success of my career with Warner Brothers and then owning my own Yoga Studio, but it all came with a price.

Along the way, I took on far too much and hit many road blocks that took a hazardous toll on my health -  physically and spiritually. 

 

The storm was a mix of a hip fracture, back surgery, an RA (rheumatoid arthritis) diagnosis, chronic pain, sleep deprivation and anxiety. 

I had to take a huge step back and reevaluate my my path. I had to slow down. Tremendously. And not even by choice, but rather survival.

 

Now, I'm proud to say that I've weathered the storm and am stronger than I've ever been.
