I know first-hand what it takes to tackle life’s challenges while managing a career and keeping family first. What many people don't realize is that behind my buns-paved-success were hidden struggles filled with many painful obstacles. A hip fracture, back surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, arrhythmia, sleep deprivation and related anxiety, each mapped the silver lining of relating to others on much deeper levels.
