Hydration, Devotion, Frequency, and Movement—all before the world wakes up.
I used to wake up and dive straight into my phone—emails, social media, and to-do lists—but it left me feeling scattered before the day had even begun. Now, I start my mornings intentionally. Here’s what I do to center my mind, body, and spirit before the world comes knocking.

💧 Step 1: Hydrate with Purpose
Before anything else—even before brushing my teeth—I drink a tall glass of purified water from my AquaTru filter with a dash of Himalayan salt. Hydrating first thing helps flush toxins, wake up my digestive system, and get my brain firing. With AquaTru, I know I’m drinking clean, chemical-free water that supports my healing journey.

📖 Step 2: Jesus Calling—My Spiritual Seatbelt
Before I check a single email or scroll through anything online, I sit with my Jesus Calling journal by Sarah Young. I like to call it “buckling up for the day.” This short, powerful devotional helps me anchor into peace, purpose, and God’s promises. I read the passage, reflect for a moment, and breathe in the truth. On hard days, it resets me. On good days, it magnifies my joy. This single habit has helped me replace anxiety with assurance—and it’s now a non-negotiable part of my life.

⌚ Step 3: WAVwatch for Energy & Emotional Balance
Then I strap on my WAVwatch and select a frequency that matches what I need that day—sometimes it’s Detox, other days Stress Relief, or Mood Boost. These healing frequencies help regulate my nervous system, balance my emotions, and give me the clarity to step into my day with confidence.

💪 Step 4: Move for Just 5 Minutes
Movement shifts everything—my mood, my focus, my entire energy field. Even if I don’t have time for a full workout, I commit to 5 minutes of intentional movement. You could do some squats and lunges or one of my free online workouts. The goal? Just get the blood flowing and shake off sleep.
This 4-step ritual keeps me grounded, energized, and spiritually strong. I don’t always do it perfectly—but when I do, the difference is incredible.
Start with just one of these steps and build your way up. You deserve to feel your best.
